Comment Wizard comes with preloaded set of comments that can be used for
grading essays, primarily for writing instructors. However, its features will allow
any user to add additional comments that can be used for grading of any kind of
assignment. Comments are grouped in three groups: Content, Organizations and Mechanics.
By clicking one of the tree buttons Content, Organization or Mechanic, the list
of comments changes and users have new set of comments at their fingertips. Comment
Wizard is backed-up by Access database, so that the user can add new comments
or delete the old ones.
Adding a new comment is a straightforward. Users do not need to leave the
application. By simply clicking on Add button on Comment Wizard pane, a new
window will open up. Here, the user can directly enter new comments and save it
to the list for future use. Because the comments are alphabetized, it is
easy to locate them when needed.
